- If an item is faulty please send it back to EchiumSkinCare, 4 Whitehall Road, Gateshead, Tyne and wear, Ne8 4es. If you have simply changed your mind please send it back and as long as we get it back in original selling condition, we will gladly refund you for the item, we will not refund postage and will charge a £2.00 restocking fee. You will have to email us within 7 days to inform us and product should arrive no later than 14 days after purchase If you wish to contact us please use the contact us page which is situate at the bottom of every page
